RxCrossroads by McKesson commits to reducing company turnover by providing a consistent and collaborative training experience for their new hires. Training is crucial for the development and success of any organization. I am responsible for onboarding and training all new Access and Adherence colleagues including (but not limited to): customer service reps, case managers, PAP specialists, pharmacy techs, nurses, program managers, pharmacists, etc. I piloted a new program in 2019 which included new curriculum design. Onboarding generally includes an overview of McKesson company policies and culture, plus applicable soft and technical skills training/hands-on operating systems.I also facilitate new program launches, On-Going Colleague Training (OCT) for existing employees (as needs arise) and manage the A&A training department scheduling/calendar for the year.
