Executive Assistant to the CEO of Ned Davis Research. In addition, I provide full executive support to the founder of Ned Davis Research, Nathan (Ned) Davis. As a strategic partner, and trusted confidant of the firm, my responsibilities include heavy calendaring for the CEO, for Ned Davis and am the gatekeeper for both. I manage the coordination and scheduling of all meetings (in-house and off-site) for the CEO, the Executive Team and for Ned Davis. This also includes the scheduling of Town Halls, outside events, scheduling complex travel, managing expenses, preparing agendas, presentations and reports. I manage and work beside the Marketing team for NDR in procurement of products to be sent to various conferences globally. Additionally, I manage the process and act as liaison in securing new vendors for our firm, including property management, security, mailroom, and all facilities. My superior organizational skills combined with my natural ability to handle multiple projects and excellent communication aptitude provides for a seamless and professional approach, which is necessary in a fast-paced environment. My business acumen and work ethic are best in class.
