ABOUT MICHELE STRACHN REDDAN

I am an accomplished CFO with 25 years of financial and accounting experience, primarily in the hospitality and real estate industries. I have extensive experience overseeing and directing an organization\'s strategic growth, including IPOs and M&A transactions; Board of Directors / Owner communications and investor relations; financial control implementation and audits; and leading high-performing teams to drive revenue and growth, while managing the bottom line. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop strong relationships as well as create and manage high performing teams. Most recently, I served as the CFO, which included the Legal and HR departments, of a privately held family office where I led all financial activities, including financial and strategic planning, M&A, accounting, investor relations, treasury, and tax for three operating businesses- BCN Homes, a custom home builder and multifamily townhouse community developer- BCN Development, owner and developer of commercial real estate projects, including early childhood education facilities, medical offices, restaurants, and retail- Liberty Tavern Restaurant Group, a restaurant portfolio consisting of 5 owned and managed restaurants.I have extensive experience in M&A integration, having previously spearheaded the integration of two lifestyle hospitality companies with a combined revenue of $450+ million. In this role, I led hotel accounting teams of over 150 employees across 19 hotels. Within a 6 month timeframe, I managed a successful financial system conversion to move 19 hotels onto a single ERP system (including standardization of the chart of accounts) and implemented standardized financial and operating procedures at all hotels, food and beverage and nightlife venues. I was also a senior leader at Morgans Hotel Group (NASDAQ: MHGC) for 13 years, primarily responsible for all SEC public filings and compliance, Board communications, and management of the Internal Audit department. As MHGC was a small cap publicly-traded company, I had the unique opportunity to hold various accounting and finance functions across the organization, strengthening my operational, financial, and strategic experience in the hospitality industry.I began my career in public accounting at KPMG and Arthur Andersen, and was an audit manager for numerous hospitality clients in the Washington, D.C. area. I have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Masters of Accountancy from Virginia Tech and am a Certified Public Accountant.
