Getting back to work and loving what I do: Supporting, mentoring communities that need a little extra help after making the Hardest decision back in April to resign from amazing people and the best staff and residents to take care of Michele for once while navigating Thyroid cancer and removal of thyroid and treatment. I knew if I could not give 120% of myself at this time I had to take care of me 100%. Getting back to work is the best feeling in the world! I have now joined another amazing company and team of compassionate people.
