As a Leader I believe in coaching with a combination of mindsets and skill set and keep the focus that people work for people. As you hire team members you make an investment, a lifetime investment in who they are and what they become. My motto in life is “ You are not a true Leader unless you’re willing to help those around you be Better Than You! “ I believe in this everyday and it’s why I love what I do. Helping my team be better than me helps our customers continue to fall in love with our brand and always come back to see us. Keeping the mindset that it’s not the company who writes your check but the customers who choose to shop with you day in and day out helps to remind us all that our customers are who ultimately write are checks and with out them Brick and Mortar stores would become a thing of the past!
