As the Vice President for Water Business at EPC Consultants, Inc. I am engaged with clients to understand their capital program and utility management challenges. Working with my colleagues at EPC, I develop program support or construction management teams so that these challenges can resolved. My own expertise is in the integration of utility management and regulatory compliance. I have worked with many clients to support them as they transition to be utilities of the future; including the: San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, City of Los Angeles, Bay Area Clean Water Agencies, NEW Water, in Green Bay WI, Portland Bureau of Environmental Services, Metro Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago and Louisville Metro Sewer District.
