At Invitalia, I was involved in the economic and financial analysis of entrepreneurial projects within the scope of public incentive programs, with a strong focus on financial statement analysis and assessing the financial health and long-term sustainability of applicant companies.Key responsibilities included:• Evaluation of funding proposals through financial statement review and analysis of applicants’ economic and financial capacity• Assessment of project eligibility according to relevant State aid regulations and national incentive schemes• Drafting of detailed technical and financial reports to support investment and funding decisions• Monitoring of funded projects through analysis of annual financial statements and on-site inspections• Management of modification requests, including assessment of the economic and financial sustainability of proposed changes• Review and analysis of business plans and strategic development projectsThis role enhanced my skills in corporate analysis, public finance, and project evaluation, allowing me to work at the intersection of public policy, economic development, and private sector investment.
