The focus is on educating team members at all levels, from the C-Suite to frontline staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Leveraging my background as a Registered Nurse and expertise in Lean Business Processes, I have successfully managed staff, finances, and key performance indicators, driving business operations towards excellence.
