Training support subcontractor to Millenium for Navy NP2 system development-Providing e-learning development support for the Systems, Engineering, Logistics, and Cybersecurity (SELOCY) contract-Developing programs of instruction for My Navy HR, the U.S. Navy’s “people system”-Designing and developing effective instructional support products to teach navy personnel how to use the new system-Developing and executing test-cases for systems development and tracking defects in the system-Monitoring schedules and productivity in an Agile project management and software development environment that emphasized flexibility, collaboration, and customer-centricity, allowing teams to adapt to changes quickly and provide customer value faster-Developing and implementing projects designed to establish improved procedures and baselines for technical training processes-Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and existing course materials, designing and developing instructional analysis, paper-based reading materials, support materials, and instructor guides-Serving as lead ISS when required
