ABOUT MICHELE MUTH

As a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in business planning and a strong background in managing people in the field of Campus Recreation, I am passionate about turning challenges into opportunities. My journey in this field has allowed me to develop a unique blend of skills. I can command a room with energy and enthusiasm, and I understand the power of motivation.I am an experienced executive who formerly led marketing, sales, design and creative and business development before becoming the Director of Campus Recreation at Marshall University. In this role I excel in long-term planning, forecasting, budgeting and the most important thing of all: leadership.What motivates me the most is teamwork and the collective effort towards achieving our goals. There\'s nothing more rewarding than working together, each of us playing our part, to turn visions into reality. Throughout my career, I\'ve seen the incredible results that effective teamwork can achieve, and I\'m dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.Specialties include: communication, relationship building, business planning, organization and problem-solving. I also teach one heck of a fitness class and I have a confident, positive attitude that shines through everything that I do.
