During my tenure with the Company, I have supported the CEO with the acquisition and integration of three companies, as well as the strategic investment in a minority owned business partner and several joint ventures. I support the Sales team with review and negotiation of a large variety of commercial agreements, covering facilities maintenance, janitorial services, culinary and life sciences/laboratory services for various customers in a variety of industries, including technology and biotechnology companies, universities, manufacturing facilities, and municipal airports. I also provide legal review and negotiation support for the Company\'s Procurement team. During my tenure, I implemented a CLM platform to bring all of the Company\'s customer and vendor agreements under one central repository and allow for effective and standardized contract creation, automation, and management of the Company\'s commercial agreements. I advise Human Resources on a vast array of employment-related issues. as well as labor and union-related matters involving a multi-union workforce. I oversee and manage all of the Company\'s litigation, including all employment-related litigation, wage/hour class actions, commercial matters, tort litigation, and IP/trademark litigation. I have developed and provide in person and virtual legal training for supervisors and managers throughout the Company and develop and streamline business practices and procedures to foster compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including ensuring compliance with California wage and hour laws. Additionally, I oversee and manage all organizational compliance obligations, including employment and labor, insurance, customer and vendor obligations, workers’ compensation, privacy, and OSHA
