Now Retired. 9-2020Past:Working in the automotive industry in various capacities for over 30 years. Considerable work for foreign and domestic dealerships, and both foreign and domestic manufacturer headquarters are in my work history. I am very much so a people person and love to develop relationships.I have completed General Motors training requirements for eight dealership positions in addition to my supervisor\'s requirements and my own district manager position\'s requirements. All done in an effort to better understand dealership positional requirements and coach and counsel relating to customer handling.I became ASE Certified for Service Consultant in 2013Specialties: My primary expertise within the automotive industry is in the increasing of shop productivity, therefore selling more parts, by working working through communication issues within dealerships. I also work extensively with service consultants on salesmanship, customer satisfaction and product knowledge.In partnering with key dealership personnel and disseminating information in an understandable and concise way, I am able to positively impact key metrics.Work Relocation to Northern NJ 2016
