ABOUT MICHELE LACERENZA
Focused on leading the innovation and skillful in connecting with people. Organized, enthusiastic and full of energy. During my academic career, I’ve been interested in understanding the opportunities that my field of studies could have offered me. I approached the “industrial world”, working for tree important company in the field of biomedical engineering and energy supply in Europe, USA, and South America. I enjoy personal interactions, which is why I always create working groups with friends sharing similar passions. I worked with university colleagues to create “Fisici Senza Palestra,” an online scientific journal with the goal to make science easy and accessible to everyone. I’ve always felt the need to be connected with many people who can feed my curiosity. With a colleague, I started a project four years ago to optimize fin mounts for kitesurfing, my favorite sport. The prototype is now under testing and we are pursuing a patent on the new invention. One of my strongest interest is in converting my passions in to active research.
