After nearly three decades at Lincoln Electric, I had the opportunity to serve in multiple enterprise leadership roles spanning transformation, human resources, information technology, finance, and business strategy. During that time, I worked alongside exceptional teams to strengthen operating discipline, guide strategy, and support long-term profitable growth in a complex global manufacturing environment.Serving across several C-suite roles provided a unique vantage point into how organizations actually execute strategy.
