ABOUT MICHELE AHN
I help organizations connect sustainability ambition with measurable action - through ESG strategy, reporting, and stakeholder-centered implementation. Currently, I lead materiality assessments, ESG strategy, and ESG reporting work at EQ Bank, ensuring regulatory compliance to OSFI B-15 while meeting stakeholder expectations. Before joining the finance sector, I built my expertise across tech, consulting, and apparel with companies like HP, tentree, and Canada Goose. I’ve led projects spanning ESG disclosures (GRI, SASB, CSRD, TCFD), supplier engagement, and ESG data quality. At Novisto, I facilitated ESG workshops, supported data workflows for enterprise clients, and helped teams interpret evolving disclosure requirements. My foundation is multidisciplinary: I started in service design at Bridgeable, then moved into ESG reporting and data advisory at Novisto, and now work at the intersection of strategy, regulation, and operations. I bring a systems lens and a cross-sector mindset to every challenge.Beyond corporate ESG, I’m passionate about circular and regenerative business models — particularly in food and fashion. My MSc in Sustainability Management, thesis on blockchain in circular fashion, and research on regenerative agriculture all fuel this long-term vision: to help reimagine production and consumption in ways that restore ecosystems and reduce waste.Let’s connect if you\'re working at the intersection of climate, circularity, strategy, or sustainable finance — I’m always open to building with like-minded changemakers!
