   Coordinate and support the day-to-day administrative functions of the Division of Constituent Services which include family advocacy, legislation, public information, and administrative rules. Research and develop responses to wide ranging constituent inquires. Personally respond and/or coordinate with other staff to ensure timely response to inquires from the general public, individuals and families receiving services, the media, legislators, and the Governor\'s Office. Maintain record of constituent inquires and responses; identify trends and patterns. Coordinate and monitor Division\'s budget; prepare purchase requisitions and printing project orders and track expenditures. Prepare and oversee personal service contracts. On behalf of Department, coordinate submission of required reports and forms to the Joint Legislative Ethics Committee. Organize and oversee payroll and Kronos timekeeping records for Division staff. Coordinate bimonthly Family Advisory Committee meetings. Serve as back-up for administrative rule coordinator.
