   I am a versatile and skilled NCO who has served in many positions while in the UTARNG. From 2005 to 2010 I served as the Patient Administration NCOIC at the Community Based Warrior Transition Unit. There I assisted in the coordination of remote medical care for Soldiers in a 15 state region to facilitate return to a ready status or movement to a medically-separated veteran status. In 2010 I was appointed as a Budget Analyst for the 640th Regional Training Institute. Without MOSQ school I completed over 300 hours of GFEBS training, successfully executed $50M in government funds, and each year I managed 70 budget contracts from inception to reconciliation. Additionally I served as the Contracting Officer Representative for 7 civilian contractors and managed 4 GPC cardholder accounts. To help my professional development, I volunteered to train in small unit tactics to enhance my mobile tactical abilities. As a result, I am able to shoot, move, and communicate better as a squad leader. In 2015 I was hand selected to fulfill a 68G position with the Homeland Response Force (HRF) and subsequently ended up filling the Budget NCO shortage for the HRF. I am a committed and dedicated NCO who focuses on mission accomplishment and the professionalism of the NCO Corps. My desire and commitment as an NCO is to improve mission readiness, personnel readiness, and to continually seek out ways to professionally develop my skillset so as to be an asset to the UTARNG and a force multiplier toward our mission readiness. Furthermore, physical fitness is very important to me. I have tried to instill this in my fellow Soldiers through organizing, participating in, and sponsoring the HRF running team. To date we completed a 200 mile road relay and a 120 mile trail relay. My versatility and ambitions also extend into my personal life. For the past 6 years I have maintained an active Real Estate License and am 20 transactions shy of acquiring my Broker’s License.
