Our organization partners with the Department of Rehabilitation of San Diego to provide essential services such as employment preparation, job seeking, resume development, interview skills, networking, and short-term job coaching, at no cost to our clients. With over six years of leadership at Vantage Point and 10 years in vocational support, I am committed to empowering job seekers and connecting them with businesses to foster mutually beneficial relationships. My focus remains on normalizing the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in the workforce, leveraging strategic partnerships, and driving a mission to transform workplace culture and opportunities.
