About Michele Holleran

As Founder and CEO of Holleran Consulting, LLC for 30 years, Michele Holleran built the largest database of resident and employee engagement/satisfaction feedback in the not-for-profit Life Plan Community sector in the United States. Today this database is considered the most reliable benchmark by which Life Plan Communities compare themselves against best-in-class peers. She is a trusted advisor to many CEOs, serving as sounding board and a source of best practices around strategy. Michele Holleran is also recognized as a leading leadership educator, having created and facilitated leadership development programs for the Larry Minnix LeadingAge Leadership Academy and 12 state LeadingAge affiliates. She has also created customized leadership experiences for American Baptist Homes of the West (now HumanGood), Ecumen, and Methodist Senior Services. Five years ago, she established the Senior Living Women\'s Leadership Retreat. She was also the originator of the Senior Living Innovators\' Summit and the Senior Living Community Engagement Forum. She served on the board of directors for Eaton Senior Services, an affordable housing provider based in Denver, Colorado. She now chairs the Center for Innovation, parent organization of The Greenhouse Project and The Pioneer Network. The Executive Leadership Journey, a peer coaching experience for c-suite female leaders in the aging services field, was launched in 2022. In addition, Michele offers customized private executive coaching to leaders of senior housing organizations.
