I am thrilled to announce my career transition from Financial Services and Banking, where I primarily served in People Leadership/Influence/Distribution Roles to an entirely new field, Functional Medicine. Functional Medicine is how food decisions, body movement, sleep and stress management impact overall health. I am not an MD. I am here for those who desire, and are willing, to do the work, to engage their lifestyle choices, along with medical recommendations, for ultimate health.
