I think that curiosity is a key aspect in approaching both the work that life in general, because it stimulates the desire to understand and learn what happen every day around us, thus allowing to delve deeper and get those answers that superficial view would not guarantee.Big part of my work focuses on the analysis of complex phenomena in a very dynamic area such as the Italian telecommunications, in order to try to find solutions for the improvement of the business. As much as possible, I have always tried not to curb my curiosity in approaching these activities, deepening the phenomena observed in order to groped to find new observation cues.The work experience of over 10 years in a market so fast and complex has allowed me to mature attitude to problem solving and strengthen the analytical quality, thanks to the knowledge and the use of complex data processing software.The coordination of a team of 14 analysts has allowed me to develop communication skills and management. I strongly believe that a cheerful and serene working environment, combined with the constant encouragement and participation of all people in the team are essential elements to achieve maximum results.
