The Meeting Technology Advisor is dedicated to a specific client for the main purpose of supporting the client’s global meetings and event management strategy by acting as a project consultant and event creation support for the Client’s conferences and events using Cvent technology.· Consult on event build architecture across Cvent’s Event Marketing and Management solutions to meet client’s business requirements for each meetingo Gather and analyze client requirementso Consult on features best suitable for the event and provide recommendations for any workarounds where applicable· Event build services: Create event-specific deliverables according to the client’s templates, processes, or within brand guidelineso Create and launch an event registration websiteo Maintain and update the registration website with content changeso Build event communicationo Mobile app creation and maintenance of app contento Attendee Hub creation and maintenance of content Coordinate with the Client’s designated team for the branding guidelines and graphics creation, as applicable· Test and quality check all deliverables prior to launch· Invitee or participant managemento Uploading contactso Distributing invitations or other event communications· Create and modify event reports upon request· Act as the trusted advisor for licensed Cvent products· Conduct Cvent product training as needed· Manage and maintain client relationships in addition to providing direction and support to the client’s other vendors from a technical perspective· Work together with account management and other internal employees to drive long-term success for the client’s programs through regular interactions
