Operational and Risk Management (60%)- Highly visible people-leader role with oversight over CRA’s global immigration, right to work compliance and workforce risk management- Accountable for multiple operational workstreams across immigration, global mobility, tax, and employee relations- Establish short, mid, and long term program goals, defining targeted business plan metrics across quality, cost, compliance and staffing- Establish an annual business review process to provide visibility into program health- Build operational plans for the creation of quality and compliance audits; define operational metrics- Advise executive leadership on workforce risk and compliance matters, providing strategic guidance on legal and regulatory requirements- Use data to develop insights and trends, develop strategy and process improvementsGlobal Immigration & Employment Law (40%)- Serve as the liaison between Human Capital and the General Counsel’s office providing day to day support on a broad range of issues relating to offer letters, separation agreements, restrictive covenants, immigration, federal and local laws (ex: FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FCRA), recruitment and hiring, leaves of absences and accommodations- Execute offer letter template review across multiple global jurisdictions (UK, Germany, Belgium, Canada, United States, Brazil)- Advise our Employee Relations team on employee relations issues including complaints, investigations, discipline, and terminations- Direct and/or conduct investigations related to potential workplace misconduct.
