Key ownership areas include- Planning and Resource allocation: Partnering closely with Finance, Talent, Product, and GTM leaders to translate company strategy into investable capacity. This work includes annual planning cadences, forecasting, capacity modeling and hiring prioritization- Optimizing software development operations: Modernizing release systems, reducing cycle time, and improving quality-Release Management: Own release management evolution across distributed architectures, coordinating monolith and microservices deployment strategies to optimize velocity, safety, and reliability- Driving automation in product development lifecycle: Partner closely with internal product teams, AI engineers, enablement, and product leadership to build automation into the product development lifecycle, reducing overhead for product and driving clarity for downstream teams- Cultivate outcome-centric accountability: Develop dashboards, KPIs, and review cadences that ensure our teams are focused on the outcomes they deliver, not just the outputs- Program Management: Ensuring our most critical, cross-functional initiatives and programs drive forward with speed and clarity.
