About Michele D.
Stemming from nine years of customer service and five years of progressively responsible medical administration experience, I decided to earn my Master\'s in Library and Information Science as an offshoot of my passion for both serving the public and wrangling disorder into streamlined protocols. My additional certificate in archival records included a practicum at the City of Portland.As an information professional with experience in records retention, archival description, metadata assignment, complex scheduling, committee work and front-facing office administration, I bring a diverse skill set and a chipper demeanor to my role every day. Proud recipient of a 2023 leadership scholarship award from the Oregon Library Association for my potential as a nascent leader.Some of my passions are health information literacy, equity and inclusion, and hiking on misty Oregon mornings.
