My professional journey began as a software developer, a role I passionately pursued until around 2010, gaining hands-on experience in programming, system analysis, and software architecture. This strong technical foundation later evolved into entrepreneurial and consulting ventures, supporting startups and companies in designing and implementing effective digital strategies. Since 2021, I’ve been General Manager at Tantosvago, a growing Italian PMI. Here, I’ve taken on broader managerial responsibilities, focusing on team leadership, business process optimization, and strategic decision-making. This transition was reinforced by completing a management training program at SDA Bocconi, which gave me a comprehensive understanding of SME management. Over the years, I\'ve developed a cross-functional perspective—blending technical knowledge with business acumen. I continue to invest in and support high-tech startups, offering my network and experience to help them grow.
