ABOUT MICHELE CORBOSIERO
In 1996, I graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Milan. I was then appointed Civil and Commercial Law Lecturer. I have spent the last sixteen years doing Private Practise and covering employee and managerial legal positions, I have people managment experience with small medium groups. I have Legal Outside Consels budgeting (1-2 M€ per year) and managment experiences. I have experience in also coordinating and being responsible for foreign countries mainly within the Middle Eastern Area (such as Turkey, Bahrain, EAU, Israel, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, etc.).During my experiences, I covered sensitive positions such as member of the Board of Directors, President of the Law 231 Compliance Committee and Member of the Local Strategic Core Management Team. Reporting directly to European and Middle East Management for Business Support, I have been in charge for sensitive negotiations of very big transactions in Italy and in the Middle Eastern Area with both Private and Public Customers.I think I have proven organization skills, multi-tasking abilities and pro-active approach to problem solving. Timelines are not a problem for me, even when under pressure.
