Sr. system engineer, SME for VMware Cloud Foundation, Private AI Foundation and Virtualization. Design and implementation of VCF in multiple data centers world wide, including the migration of the current workloads into the new environments without downtime and providing increased resiliency and reliability.Other projects: upgrade of vcf from 5.2 to v.9, integrate company delivery with VCF Automation, create a VKS (Tanzu-K8s) POC to improve the efficiency of developers (time/resources). I led the end-to-end design, validating it with Broadcom experts. The solution integrated vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Automation/Operations, HCX, Tanzu and Workspace ONE. This optimized infrastructure reduced time to production, and created a scalable public cloud like platform that also supports the k8s Tanzu and future AI workloads.I directed the deployment of the data centers, resolving complex technical issues during installation and ensuring completion on schedule. My cross-domain expertise in networking, data center infrastructure, and VCF proved essential in overcoming challenges that required multi-disciplinary problem-solving. I then transferred knowledge, standards, and best practices to the broader team, enabling consistent and successful operations. My cross-domain expertise, flexible shift to European hours, and hands-on leadership were instrumental in resolving complex network and data center issues.Migration of the existing vsphere environment into the vcf fleet without downtime or re IP of the workloads.I represented Cantor at the VMware Customer Technical Advisory Meeting and VMware Explore, earning recognition due to my continued contributions to improving VMware products. These engagements generated strategic insights and relationships that directly supported the VCF program\'s success.I improved security by hardening ESXi hosts via tailored scripts, and participating in the Vali-cyber, Vmware live recovery and NSX micro segmentation initiatives.
