   We are a woman owned Construction Site Clean Up Company. We offer a variety of cleaning services that are required on any construction site. We offer Rough Clean ups which are used prior to the painters arrival onto the job site. We will remove any/all debris from inside the building, wipe down all walls, clean bathrooms, and wipe down all ceilings and fixtures. We also offer Final Clean services. During this phase we will make the building ready for owner/tenant occupy. All walls will be wiped down, all bathrooms cleaned and sterilized, all floors cleaned, mopped or vacuumed as needed and all existing fixtures to be cleaned. There are many additional features which may be added into our bidding process depending on the job and specifications required by the owner. Some of our added features are window washing, wax and buffing of floors, and the clean up of the outside of the buildings. Our company prides itself on the thoroughness of each and every cleaning that we perform. We take our cleaning very seriously to provide our customers with a job that exceeds the requirements set by the owner. I am fully aware of the expectations that you have with this type of service on your sites especially when it is the final clean up. Every site is a representation of your company and the final walk thru shows that you not only completed the work as necessary it also signifies to the owner the level of respect you have for each and every job that you do. That is where we can help you. We provide the polish on the hard work it took to transform each and every one of the jobs that your company completes.
