My story began from a dream, a goal and motivation.It\'s a story about how without basic language skills, specific qualifications and right connections to become a managing director and a co-owner of one of a largest Italian companies, specializing on the production and distribution of coffee capsules. The experience gained during 6 years of diligent and persistent work, can\'t be expressed only by listing the professional qualities.This is more like an art of right structuring of the goals, the ability to organize your time and find common language with other people, analyzing, processing and implementing a great amount of information, self motivation and ability to think on your feet.But on becoming a CEO, the story does not end. It only begins. There are so many ideas and projects ahead that I will love to share with
