ABOUT MICHELE BERTOLI
Actually I work in the Private Banking Sales unit of Unicredit. I was Administrative Coordinator for North West branch at Cordusio Sim Wealth Management, company of UniCredit group with coverage on Turin, Genova and Novara branches. Previously I was Deputy Area Manager Retail in a Top retail area of UniCredit\'s commercial banking division. In my previous experience as Senior HR Business Partner, I managed Human Resources in the North West Territory (Aosta valley, Piemonte and Liguria) of Italy and in the Investment Banking Division with Headquarters in Milan and Munich. As HR Business Partner I managed and I was responsible of all HR topics, HR management, compensation, recruiting, Performance Management, cost control and Learning. One of my activities was scouting new talents among our people and treat professional development with specific training programs tailored to each individual\'s needs. Switzerland is my big passion, I\'m Tour Leader for groups and I arrange trips across Switzerland on panoramic trains and in synergy with the Swiss Travel System transports network including trains, bus and boats. I\'m especially specialized on the Rhaetian Railway in the canton of Graubünden. My native language is Italian but I’m also fluent in French written and spoken. I also speak English and German, the latter at the school level.
