I am grateful for a career that allows me to do meaningful work in the human resources, group benefits and group retirement areas with a variety of talented and dynamic people.With 25 years of experience in the industry, I am motivated by collaboration and team work. I focus my energy on delivering superior customer service and satisfaction and enjoy solving complex problems to ensure the goals of all parties are met.I had the privilege of being involved in the stewardship of credit unions for over fourteen years as a board member of connectFirst Credit Union. This experience included being very actively involved in the largest merger of credit unions in Canadian history, culminating in the creation of a employee organization servicing more than members all across Alberta.I am a strong supporter of continuous education and I have earned the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors as well as the Certified Credit Union Director certification from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.I have a proven track record of successes and always enjoy new challenges.
