ABOUT MICHELANGELO BARTUCCELLI

I support customers throughout their enterprise transformation journeys within the RISE with SAP framework, helping them connect business strategy, operating model and IT architecture in a way that is realistic and executable.I work closely with customers to understand their current processes and system landscapes, and to shape clear target architectures and transformation roadmaps based on Clean Core principles. My focus is always on creating clarity and alignment before moving into execution.I regularly help organizations assess both SAP and non-SAP solutions and position them sensibly within complex hybrid and cloud environments, avoiding unnecessary complexity while keeping future innovation possible.A key part of my role is translating strategic business goals into concrete architectural decisions, solution designs and value realization plans that organizations can actually deliver and adopt.I act as a trusted sparring partner for executive stakeholders, typically working with CIOs, COOs and transformation leads to support decision-making during presales phases, transformation planning and large-scale SAP programs.I enable cloud adoption using SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and hybrid deployment models, always with a strong focus on sustainability, scalability and long-term customer success.
