Passionate about the internationalization of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)I’m a dedicated civil servant committed to opening new international education paths for my university community. Every day, I work to connect students, staff, and institutions across borders, building inclusive and impactful global learning experiences. What I do:🧭 I\'m a strategic funds tracker: I scout the best EU and international funding opportunities, match them with innovative project ideas, and support the full proposal lifecycle. I anticipate emerging educational trends and translate them into real opportunities for my institution.🤝 I lead negotiations of international partnerships with HEIs and key external stakeholders.🧑‍ I manage international education projects end-to-end, from concept design to implementation and impact. I thrive in intercultural environments and believe in the power of global collaboration. I aim to be a participative leader, empowering my team with trust and shared purpose. With a deep interest in international politics and EU studies, I bring strategic vision to everything I do.
