ABOUT MICHELA FUMAGALLI ROMARIO
I graduated in building engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan and after an international experience at the University of Tokyo I applied for a Graduate Program in the Hilti Group, a family multinational company in the building sector. I worked for 2 years in the field as a Façade Account Manager and 2 years as Southern Europe Product Manager for the Direct & Screw-Fastenings business line in Milan. From November 2022 I joined my family business, first in VIVISOL where we provide Home Care assistance to patients worldwide, than in SOL, currently in the new plants division.Founded in Italy in 1927, the SOL Group operates in the area of the production, applied research and marketing of technical & medical gases, in the Home Care services sector (VIVISOL), in the biotechnologies sector and in the production of energy from renewable sources. It is present in 32+ countries with over employees, serves industrial customers and patients. SOL Spa has been listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since July 1998.
