ABOUT MICHELA DE MARCHI
With over twelve years of experience in Public Affairsa and over six years of experience in the debt collection and credit management industry, I am currently Vicepresident of FENCA, the Federation of European National Collection Associations, and Secretary General of UNIREC, the Italian Association of Credit Protection Companies. My mission is to represent and promote the interests and values of the industry at the national and European level, and to foster cooperation and dialogue among the stakeholders. I have a strong academic background in political science and international relations, with a focus on EU law, international law, and economics. I obtained a Master\'s degree in Diplomatic Studies from SIOI, the Italian Society for International Organization, in Rome. I have developed clear and diplomatic communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities, that enable me to understand and address the issues and challenges of the industry. I am also a team player, with a good organizational and detail-oriented approach, and a drive to make things happen.
