My style of Coaching is discovery, awareness and choice. It is more of a relationship than a methodology, a unique empowering relationship at the complete service of the coachee, based on trust and listening. It creates space – a safe, comfortable, free environment – where you can simply be yourself. In this space, you can feel totally free to express all your feelings, doubts, concerns and frustrations, but also to shape your dreams and aspirations. That means you can take risks and challenges and evaluate what could happen, before moving on to real action, because you can benefit from the support of two more eyes, another brain and a different emotional setting (delete comma) to elaborate and process your plans, out of your usual circuits.Ultimately, you will have another human being at your service with whom to explore new possibilities outside your comfort zone. You can try new paths, even just out of curiosity. That way, you may find new solutions that will enable you to avoid repeating the same old patterns. You can consider your coach as ‘an extension’ through whom you can safely reach the place or the position you want to get to and to whom you can also be accountable for achieving your goals.Most importantly, coaching provides a deep and profound listening, so that things possibly resound for the coachee too, who can discover what was not even visible before. Discovery is the first step to knowledge, awareness and a way to remove obstacles and move forward.
