As the CEO of Primobius, Michel Siemon is proud to lead a dynamic team at the forefront of revolutionizing the battery recycling industry. Our commitment to innovation and sustainability drives us as we work towards establishing Primobius as the premier solutions provider for battery recycling plants worldwide. Furthermore he is leading the Corporate Development department at the SMS group.Previously Michel was Manager in the Operations & Performance Transformation practice of Kearney supporting clients to achieve operations improvement and the next step of operational excellence. Before joining Kearney, he received the M.Sc. degree in industrial engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Ph.D. from the Chair of Operations Management at the RWTH Aachen. His main research interests are in the development of methodologies for the planning, scheduling, and control of large scale supply chains and production processes, with an emphasis on continuous and discrete manufacturing companies. Further research interests include the strategic optimization of global production networks and the field of data science.
