   My role and responsibilities are to design, test, deploy and operationalize solutions that apply to our Family of Apps, Data Centers, Engineering Labs and Reality Labs.I manage an engineering lab that specializes in large-scale testing the quality of experience of our family of apps with a focus on short-form video application and video optimization for Facebook Reels and Instagram Reels. I am also involved in timing & synchronization for Datacenters and have launched the Open Compute Project - Timing Appliance Project. I am the editor of a new PTP Profile for Datacenters.I have also been part of various deployments, performing multiple lab/field trials, acceptance testing, installation & commissioning and bringing on-air various rural and ultra-rural connectivity solutions such as Wi-Fi mesh and LTE backhaul over satellite in Africa and South America.
