About Micheal Beha
I have a passion for leadership and the personal and professional development of people. I am currently an adjunct instructor at the Emergency Management Institute teaching the Advanced and Basic National Emergency Management Academies. I have built new programs or expanded existing programs for more than 25 years. In the process I have implemented a public information program, expanded a total quality management initiative, developed two learning management systems, managed a training program for people, created many new training programs, served on a team that designed, tested and implemented a new automated telephone system, analyzed and improved hundreds of work processes, developed and delivered leadership training. I have received numerous awards from the organizations I’ve worked for and have been a consultant to leaders from a variety of organizations.
