I am the CEO and Founder of two organizations that share a common mission: to empower individuals and communities to overcome injustice, discrimination, and violence. Lionhearted Leader is a consulting and training firm that helps organizations foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, while Radiant Star Roasters is a coffee distribution company that supports fair trade and social justice initiatives in developing countries.With over 20 years of experience as a civil rights attorney, I have represented clients in various cases involving personal injury, sexual abuse, consumer, and employment matters, both in individual and class actions.
