ABOUT MICHALLA FLANDERS

I am a results oriented experienced HR leader and Talent Acquisition Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the retail at the corporate and field level. During my time at Ross Stores I have supported the corporate recruiting efforts for the areas of Allocation, Store Operations, Finance, Legal, and Strategy. As a Corporate Recruiter, I have a strong eye for sourcing, spotting and developing talent to help the organization achieve it\'s goals through it\'s people initiatives. I believe in providing best in class customer service to both my hiring managers and to prospective candidates.Throughout my ten years with Jamba Juice I learned the importance of being a strong HR Business Partner that develops relationships and drives results. My success as a Training Store Manager was done by driving key initiatives, hiring top talent, and building a positive atmosphere of learning and development. I strive for excellence and crave challenging situations that will keep pushing me forward in my professional development journey.
