I am inspired to create high performing workplaces where we are valued and challenged to thrive. I wholeheartedly believe we should love our work, and we all deserve to be motivated and supported to succeed within a workplace where our values are aligned. I prioritize building strong relationships with diverse teams to develop culture and create meaningful experiences that foster recognition, belonging and inclusion. As an Organizational Psychologist, I understand the important role human behavior plays in driving engagement and work performance. I build employee programs that foster employee engagement, connection, recognition, and drive organizational culture. Having worked within unionized environments and led HR operations, learning and development, talent and organizational development functions, I have the progressive experience to strategize, design, and lead employee experience and engagement programs that make a lasting impact. I develop practical solutions that address pain points, always asking \"how can I support you to make your job easier?\" I am the person you seek out when you need it done right. Put simply, I get things done, when and where it\'s needed. My values are: Everyone counts, or no one does.
