ABOUT MICHALA BOKLACH

I thrive when building relationships, working cross-functionally and developing others. I have a breadth of experience within the Retail sector. My employment history has involved: managing a diverse groups of people; creating, implementing and analyzing training solutions across a variety of areas; developing and managing small teams; communicating with suppliers, customers and senior leadership teams and project management. I therefore have very strong written and verbal communication skills and am capable of strong data analysis, whilst also excelling at creative aspects of work.My current role within Topgolf UK provides the ability to manage the end to end training of employees, offer comprehensive and blended training solutions for the business and look strategically at solutions around talent management. This along with the other aspects of my role have furthered my business understanding and fueled my love of people development.I am a friendly, approachable and driven person who is a highly motivated team player yet strong independent worker. My meticulous attention to detail and organised, analytical nature combined with excellent communication skills, help me to build sustainable relationships and drive lasting improvements.
