My name is Michal Mielewczyk and I have accomplished a great many things in my life. I have had the honor to serve in the United States Army for 9 years and the California Army National Guard for 1 year. For the 10 years that I did serve, 8 years were in a management position. After my service as a Sergeant (Supervisor) of multiple teams and sections, I put forth the drive to go back to school full-time to earn my Bachelor’s Degree. In 2018, I finished my Bachelor\'s Degree and in 2019, my Master\'s Degree. I am a top performer with exceptional interpersonal communication, and public relations skills, which allowed the development of strong rapport with individuals on all levels. Outstanding record of achievement coupled with the ability to direct a business to profitability through leadership, creativity, effective management, and the motivation and development of staff to maximum potential.
