From a humble beginning as a 14-year-old at a locksmith shop, I\'ve always had an innate passion for business and have an exceptional ability to multitask. Recognizing these qualities, my parents guided me towards a career in business and accounting. I commenced my professional journey as an auditor in public accounting, which honed my analytical skills and set the foundation for my own business venture.As I navigated the world of accounting, I began establishing my own client base. I vividly recall those chilly Brooklyn nights, tirelessly hanging tax service flyers from one lamppost to another. Despite many being torn down by morning, the relentless spirit my wife and I shared never waned. Our grit paved the way for an accounting firm that now proudly serves over diverse clients, ranging from multinational corporations to individuals seeking trust and estate tax planning. Our growth is fueled by a blend of nurturing internal talent and onboarding skilled professionals.Throughout my journey, what\'s remained consistent is my love for creation. Whether establishing my accounting firm or spearheading multiple companies, I\'ve relished the process of nurturing startups to the point of successful mergers and acquisitions.    Jan 2004 — Present

   When I joined Ameritel, I walked into a company that was growing at lightning speed with well over $100 Million a year in revenue in a emerging industry, personal telecommunication devices. The company didn’t have an internal structure. Ameritel was a wholesale mobile telecommunications business selling handsets and sim cards to thousands of retailers throughout the country. I built, from the ground up, an operational foundation that supported the wholesale business and simultaneously developed the infrastructure allowing Ameritel to evolve with the carrier from a wholesale distributor to a premier retailer running corporate stores for T-Mobile. Departments that I created and lead are finance, operations, logistics, HR, legal, and asset protection departments.For close to 20 years, I have directed the day-to-day operations of well over 500 T-Mobile and Metro PCS combined retail stores in over 20 states at a single time with well over employees supported through the Company. I have developed programs that have been adopted by carrier partners nationally and have been recognized by the wireless carriers as a financial expert in the telecommunications industry.Seeing the trends and changes in the industry due to the T-Mobile/Sprint merger, I saw an opportunity to exit the retail segment and was able to sell the hundreds of stores.
