It\'s clear that digitalization of our workplaces, our economy, and most other aspects of our lives has a significant impact on how we understand, envision, build, deploy, integrate and optimize technology, and on how we use technology and information. I think of myself as an \"active content champion:\" I look for messages that emerge from quantitative and qualitative inputs, and for ways to apply those insights to strategy, to communications, and mostly, to engagement and discussion that accelerates understanding and creates connections.I am a world-leading IT industry analyst. I have led North American and global initiatives focused on developing insights and strategies that connect technology solutions with business needs, combining data, knowledge, analysis and advanced content delivery to define options for IT and buy-side businesses. I have written hundreds of reports and four business books on a wide range of topics; led dozens of workshops, primarily on IT channel and alliance strategy, in 12 countries and four continents; worked in collaboration with my InsightaaS partner Mary Allen to build professional communities dedicated to research and knowledge sharing in cloud, IoT, analytics, data centre management and transformative technology; and worked with Stratascale to explore challenges and success vectors in cybersecurity. Most recently, I acted as lead author for the #1 Amazon best seller \"The Executive Guide to Zero Trust.\"
