Extensive experience across private equity-backed companies, and family-owned and public firms steering organizations through change to drive operational and financial performance improvements. Comprehensive background includes integrations, acquisitions, system conversions, budgeting and planning, operations, inventory and cost accounting, internal controls, MIS, forecasting, and cash management, within manufacturing, and professional services-related businesses.I have been a team member and leader through many challenging circumstances, including mergers and acquisitions, scaling businesses to nearly doubling revenue, process and internal controls implementation and improvement, and restructuring (including restatements). I believe my adaptability and strong communications skills have bred success in many different organizations, whether small to mid-sized private firms or larger global organizations.In my free time in addition to spending time with family and friends I\'ve developed a strong passion for the game of golf, which I\'ve discovered is a game that is at least as equal mentally as it is physically.
