As an operations leader, I’m deeply wired to identify what needs to be done and how to do it as quickly and effectively as possible. I love operational efficiencies. For the past 15 years, I’ve successfully led hundreds of projects across multiple industries (technology, public sector, healthcare, construction, and agriculture) and organizational environments (everything from startups to multinational companies). The projects that excite me the most do not have a template. The ones that are game-changing ideas that require crossing into new frontiers.
