I am an experienced CNC and Manual Machinery Maintenance Technician. I have worked in the field and also held in house positions in the manufacturing industry. I am proficient in the operation and maintenance of FANUC, Yasnac, Mazatrol, Brother, Anilam, and Fadal Computer Numerical Controls. I perform electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic maintenance activities. My skills range from replacing ball screws to troubleshooting a control issue to the component level. I am skilled at servicing Mazak, Brother, FANUC, Takisawa, Mitsubishi, Toyoda, Matsuura, Nakamura Tome, Clausing, Leadwell, Hardinge, Star, and Citizen machine tools, just to name a few. I have implemented preventive maintenance programs with previous employers that have resulted in significant reductions to equipment downtime and diminished maintenance costs. I am proficient at working on voltages up to 480 VAC. I have designed motor control circuits and installed extensive power circuits for facilities and manufacturing equipment. Materials identification and acquisition has also become one of my specialties. I have also worked as a CNC Machinist with Aero Union Corporation. I currently perform maintenance on all manufacturing equipment and infrastructure at Peerless Pump/Grundfos in Indianapolis, IN.
